We are looking for an experienced React.js developer to join our fully remote engineering team. The primary focus of the selected candidate would be developing our user interface against our APIs. You would be expected to ensure that the overall application and components are robust and easy to manage. A commitment to collaborative problem solving, attention to detail and shipping quality code is essential.
The candidate will have an opportunity to be one of the first five members of a Web3 startup where they can leave their mark and have significant influence over the early technology decisions. It is not required that the candidate have familiarity with Web3 or any specific blockchain, but it would be highly advantageous.
The candidate will work closely with our backend and design teams within a small but growing team to take designs into production. As a fully remote role, you are required to have a functioning and stable internet connection.
Requirements
- 3+ years of software development experience
- Developing applications in React.js, including component design and state management for specific use cases
- Basic front-end JavaScript/TypeScript experience
- General understanding of infrastructure as code and CI/CD pipelines and the willingness to learn more
- Understand Git and common code review principles
- Experience working from Figma and the ability to implement designs with pixel-perfect precision
- A history of integrating with REST APIs
- Good command of English, both written and spoken
- Strong organisational skills — ability to work full-time remotely with no supervision
