You love Symfony and always track the harmony of all? We are searching a conductor for our Development orchestra!
- You embody the role as a mentor while encouraging as well as challenging your team. At the same time, you create a surrounding where innovation can evolve
- Hand in hand with your team, you ensure a high extent of quality to our Software Architecture
- Beside the conceptual work, you provide a solid hands-on-mentality being able to support your team in every situation
- In cooperation with our Agile Managers and our Head of Development, you are in charge of the short- and medium-term planning, as well as the development of our digital products
- Together with our Recruiting Team, you recruit new Team members and ensure a well-structured onboarding
⭐︎ What we are looking for
- You already gained experiences in hiring and composing a team
- You bring practical experience in handling big and long-term projects
- You have excellent skills in PHP/Symfony or JavaScript/VueJS, plus point: knowledge in further programming languages
- You are confident in the handling of agile software development from creating the concept, to Estimation, until realization
- You are well versed in modeling sustainable data models
- Your strengths include a conceptual skillset and the cooperation with other stakeholders
- You have an excellent understanding of Testing, Performance and Security
- You can quickly and independently familiarize yourself with a big codebase
- You have a very good command of English, written and oral
