The Role
As a Junior Fullstack Developer at Madrivo, you will work across both backend and frontend systems to help build and maintain the tools that drive our digital performance marketing operations. You’ll work with Laravel, Vue.js, and automation tools to create APIs, operational dashboards, and internal integrations that streamline workflows and reduce manual overhead.
This role is hands on and collaborative. You’ll be responsible for enhancing existing features, building new functionality, and supporting integrations with CRMs, tracking systems, and third-party APIs. You will also help automate repetitive processes, improve error monitoring, and maintain high system reliability.

You are a fullstack developer and a figureouter at heart. You love working with Laravel and get excited about the tools, packages, and tricks you can use to get the job done. You thrive on solving problems and making someone’s day better through code. You write clean, test-driven code and lean into modern tools like AI-infused IDEs, automations, and background agents to boost your efficiency.
- Core Stack Basics: You can build simple and moderately complex features end to end with Laravel 10 plus and Vue 3 with minimal guidance. Two to five years of professional work or project experience is required.
- Fullstack Figure Outer: You prefer working in the front end and the back end. You can figure out a lot on your own by researching, debugging, and unblocking yourself. You learn by doing and it’s not a matter of if you can figure it out, it’s how quickly you will.
- Test Driven Development: You write tests first when possible, using them to guide design and catch issues early. You keep tests fast, reliable, and easy to read so the team can ship with confidence.
- AI in practice: You explore and test new AI tools and services for real use across the company. You compare results, add guardrails, and share what works. You use Copilot, Cursor, or similar tools to improve speed and quality without skipping reviews.
- Automation Tools: You use tools like Make and n8n to automate workflows, connect systems, and streamline repetitive tasks. Build and maintain integrations that reduce manual work and improve efficiency. Communication and support: You treat internal teams like customers. You set clear timelines, surface blockers, and follow through.
What You’ll Do
You’ll be working in a growth oriented environment with a team developers, your day could include some of the following:
- Enhance User Experience: Build intuitive, engaging front-end features and website pages that make complex workflows simple and enjoyable.
- Adapt and Integrate Systems: Keep internal tools aligned with new CRM and third-party API updates, ensuring smooth and reliable integrations.
- Automate and Improve Accuracy: Write scripts and processes to identify and fix data inconsistencies across CRMs, tracking systems, and databases.
- Adhoc Support Requests: Jump into ad hoc support requests, troubleshoot system issues, and deliver fast, thoughtful solutions when business needs shift.
- Build Scalable APIs: Develop and extend internal APIs that transform raw data into usable insights and power connections with partners.
- Monitor Errors: Use tools like Sentry.io and error notification channels to detect issues early, follow support protocols, and proactively mitigate risks before they impact operations.
Requirements
- 3-5+ years working with Laravel and PHP
- 2-4+ years working with Vue.js
- Proficiency using git, composer, and mac based development tools
- Proficiency using project management tools like ClickUp, Asana, Jira, etc.
- Familiarity with automated deployment processes including bash/python scripting and GitHub Actions
- Familiarity with high-performance, high-availability server infrastructure, including Linux, NGINX, Varnish, Apache, and CDN/WAF
- Familiarity in cross-platform integrations using purpose build APIs, serverless functions or tools like Zapier, Make, or n8n
